Are you a creative, self-driven communications professional ready to shape and own the social media presence of Mindera in the UK?

We’re looking for a Social Media & Communications Specialist to join our UK team. You’ll be collaborating closely with our global marketing colleagues to craft engaging content, drive brand awareness, and strengthen our internal and external communications.

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for UK social media communications, both internal and external.
  • Manage and grow our UK social media channels, creating engaging content and campaigns aligned with our brand.
  • Work with our global marketing team to localise and implement strategies tailored to the UK market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging.
  • Plan, create, and analyse blog content, social posts, and digital campaigns and refine the strategy based on the results.
  • Support and organise internal cultural initiatives and events.
  • Track and manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Ensure all content meets accessibility and brand standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and support company events

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in service industry communications, marketing, and/or social media roles.
  • Confident communicator and skilled storyteller, both written and visual.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and design skills – bonus if you have video editing experience.
  • Creative mindset with strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, platforms, and best practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Awareness and understanding of accessibility standards in communications.
