Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Campaign Manager to enhance our social media presence. You will collaborate with our Operations, Design, and Digital Marketing teams to produce engaging content that drives performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, and sales targets.
  • Develop our video content strategy, including TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Support and brief social media content creators, ensuring quality and alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Create tailored social media plans for venues, ensuring professional and on-brand content.
  • Implement UGC and influencer strategies to reach new audiences.
  • Manage Meta paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Coordinate photography and videography, writing briefs and attending shoots.
  • Propose creative content ideas like Instagram moments and customer experiences.
  • Assist the Head of Digital Marketing with influencer and competition strategies.
The Person:
Essential Qualities:
  • A degree or HND in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality marketing and social media tools.
  • Ability to produce high-quality photos and videos.
  • Experience managing Instagram and TikTok, including editing software like CapCut Pro and Canva.
  • Confidence in social media engagement and outreach, including influencer collaborations.
