About the role

We are a small team based in London who share a passion for music, creativity and online culture. We’re looking for a like-minded Social Media Account Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be highly creative and organised, with a genuine passion for music and culture. The role is ideal for someone who is ideas-led, with a strong understanding of different visual aesthetics and tone of voice. We are looking for someone who is confident managing client relationships, and working with artists and their fan communities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution and day-to-day management of social media campaigns
  • Work across a diverse roster to develop content strategies and wider initiatives that feel unique and authentic to each client
  • Bring unique ideas-focused thinking to campaigns, with a strong focus on aesthetic and authenticity
  • Tapped into cultural and social trends, and able to identify opportunities for artists to participate meaningfully
  • Manage content planning across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
  • Oversee junior team members to ensuring smooth running of campaigns day-to-day
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in social media, ideally within music or entertainment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain this within a fast-paced environment
  • Aesthetically driven with a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and creative copy
  • Awareness of culture, community, and the nuances of working with artists
  • Genuine passion for social media and content, specifically relative to Instagram andTikTok
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Confident and adaptable in client facing situations
