Job Title: Social Media Assistant

Location: Beckenham, London (option to work fully remotely)

We’re a brand new gym in the heart of Beckenham, a vibrant, high-energy space built to empower our community through fitness, wellness, and connection. As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team and help us build a strong online presence from day one.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll support the day-to-day admin side of social media, while also having the freedom to share your own ideas and contribute to shaping our brand voice. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our online community and boost engagement, both on our channels and within the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to comments and DMs, and actively engage with our online community
• Track content performance by reviewing stats, creating reports, and making sure we’re driving strong engagement
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to keep our content exciting and relevant
• Support with basic graphic design using tools like Canva
• Help create fun, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for social media, fitness, and community
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok (you know what’s trending!)
• Creative mindset with basic photo/video editing skills
• Confident working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Positive attitude, proactive, and always up for a challenge
• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not required
