Job Description:

Ministry of Faces is hiring a full-time Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our award-winning aesthetics clinic in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for creativity, strong brand awareness, and a passion for engaging audiences across different social media platforms.

You’ll be responsible for creating dynamic, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as developing broader marketing campaigns, including email marketing, traditional outreach, and influencer partnerships.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visual environment and is comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social platforms
• Lead weekly content shoots, TikTok trends, reels, and behind-the-scenes material
• Manage daily engagement—comments, DMs, and enquiries
• Run Facebook content tailored to our 27+ client base using Meta Business Suite
• Create and analyse email campaigns, marketing strategies, and performance reports
• Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour
• Collaborate on influencer partnerships and creative campaigns
• Contribute to refining the brand’s tone of voice, visuals, and storytelling
• Occasionally attend events and support press, PR, and product launches

Requirements

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts on Tiktok and Instagram
• Understanding of current algorithms, trends, and platform features
• Confident using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, and scheduling apps
• Solid writing skills, visual eye, and attention to detail
• Marketing experience outside social media is highly desirable (email, traditional, PR, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
• Ideally open to occasional on-camera content
