Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong copy-writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Retention
- Proficiency with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
- Experience with SEO analysis
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Mid-level advertising and marketing experience
- Effective communication skills with clients and team members

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients on social media matters, providing strategic advice
- Develop insight-led social media plans based on audience research
- Assist in planning and creating new business pitches
- Develop the agency's social media offerings
- Provide content development recommendations and execute strategies
- Produce marketing materials and manage social media channels
- Manage company newsletter and property events
- Participate in client meetings and develop the company brand
- Coordinate professional photography and support new business initiatives
- Maintain client relationships and manage databases
- Research and utilize social media tools and analytics dashboards
- Communicate project updates and results to team and management
- Collaborate with team members to meet client goals
