We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our award-winning team at Dr Medispa, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization’s growth through strategic marketing, captivating social media campaigns, and effective public relations initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Craft and execute social media strategies to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, creating engaging content for all platforms.
-Develop engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, press releases, and email newsletters, to educate and captivate our audience.
– Strategise and implement marketing campaigns to spotlight our services, special offers, and events, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
– Capture and curate compelling client testimonials through video and photography to showcase service excellence and build trust.
– Monitor and respond to Google & Trust Pilot reviews, safeguarding a positive online reputation and addressing client feedback promptly.
-Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
– Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform social media strategies
-Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
– Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
– Collaborate and work closely with directors and the management team to devise promotional strategies, marketing materials, and campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audience.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or marketing, ideally within the Aesthetic, healthcare, or beauty industries or similar role.
-Proficient in using Premier pro or similar software
-Competent using Canva for Graphic design
-Familiar with YouTube SEO, Instagram and TikTok
– Confident in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
