Our client, a beautiful luxury Italian restaurant group, is on the lookout for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to join their team based in Manchester. This is a wonderful opportunity to create captivating content for three unique brands within the group and elevate their online presence in the hospitality landscape.

As Social Media & Content Manager, youll be the creative force behind the social media strategies for multiple venues, sharing the heart and soul of each site. Your content will inspire, engage, and build a deeper connection with the groups vibrant community of food lovers and guests!

What Youll Do:

  • Develop & Execute Creative Strategies: Youll design and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, driving engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create Engaging Content: From photos and videos to stories and posts, youll curate and create content that showcases the best of the brands, ensuring its as authentic and inspiring as the dining experience itself.
  • Content Production: Travel to multiple venues to manage content production, from coordinating photoshoots to working with photographers and other stakeholders.
  • Spot Trends: Youll keep a pulse on social media trends, identifying opportunities for viral content and increasing meaningful follower growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with overall brand goals and promotions.
  • Measure Success: Monitor, report, and interpret social media performance to generate insights, track ROI, and suggest ways to keep improving.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, ideally in hospitality or luxury.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
