Our client is recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Social Media and Content Manager responsible for implementing a clear and innovative social media strategy whom has a experience in executing social media campaigns across Tik Tok, Meta, Pintrest and LinkedIn. The candidate will be responsible for a 360° approach to content creation - from devising strategy and conceptualisation to asset production and delivery. With a deep understanding of platform algorithms, emerging trends, and audience behaviour, you’ll use data to inform decisions and continuously optimise for performance. Working closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Marketing teams, you’ll take the lead on content strategy, social calendars, and influencer activity - building brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition, and nurturing a vibrant online community.
- Develop and execute a cohesive organic social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with broader business goals - driving brand awareness, audience growth, acquisition, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce, Creative, and Marketing teams to build and manage a weekly content calendar. Ensure content reflects seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand storytelling and key cultural moments while maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
- Foster and enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage platform updates, algorithm changes, and cultural trends to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities for brand visibility and engagement. Regularly test new content formats, platform features, and creative ideas to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
- Use platform analytics and third-party tools to monitor content performance, audience behaviour, and KPIs. Translate insights into actionable improvements to optimise reach, engagement, and impact.
Content
- Capture and produce high-quality, on-brand imagery and videos tailored to each social media platform.
- Conceptualise and execute creative social media campaigns that engage and inspire our audience.
- Collaborate confidently with team members to produce engaging employee-generated content that brings the brand to life.
- Manage and maintain an organised posting schedule, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery across all platforms.
- Regularly update and maintain social media profiles, ensuring they reflect the brand's tone, aesthetic, and values.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant, creative, and competitive.
Influencers
- Research and connect with potential brand ambassadors and partners who reflect our values.
- Manage the end-to-end gifting process, ensuring timely dispatch and nurturing strong, ongoing relationships.
- Monitor influencer output for quality and alignment, measuring performance and impact across key metrics.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience managing social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- A strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and their audiences.
- Strong creative eye with confidence in capturing visual content (e.g., reels, stories, lifestyle photography).
- Excellent copywriting skills with an instinctive understanding of tone and audience.
- Highly organised with strong project and time management skills.
- Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and cultivating digital communities.
- Proficient in social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout, etc.)
- Highly-skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to capture and edit high-quality visual content tailored for social media.
