Job description

About us:

At AM London Fashion Ltd, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, trend-led fashion through our brand, Threadbare. Established in 2017, we have built a reputation for designing stylish, accessible clothing that keeps our customers ahead of the fashion curve.

Our ever-expanding team of designers and industry experts ensures that Threadbare stays at the forefront of fashion, blending catwalk-inspired trends with wearable, everyday style. We source inspiration from global fashion capitals and street-style movements, translating them into collections that are both contemporary and affordable.

With a commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and quality craftsmanship, we strive to create clothing that not only looks great but is also responsibly made. At AM London Fashion Ltd, we believe fashion should be a force for good, and we are dedicated to shaping a future where style and sustainability go hand in hand.

About the role:

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Executive with a strong focus on videography to join our in-house team at AM London, working on our fashion brand Threadbare. This is a fast-paced, highly creative role where you'll lead the planning, filming, and editing of social-first content — from trend-led TikToks and styling videos to behind-the-scenes footage and brand storytelling. You'll be at the heart of our content engine, helping shape how we show up online and connect with our growing community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post compelling video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels
  • Develop graphics and motion elements to elevate our content and support wider campaigns
  • Own the content calendar, aligning with seasonal launches, key moments, and cultural trends
  • Collaborate on storytelling concepts — especially fashion-focused or human-interest narratives
  • Stay ahead of digital and social trends to create fresh, relevant, scroll-stopping content
  • Uphold and maintain our brand's visual identity, tone, and production values
  • Engage directly with our community, turning viewers into loyal fans
  • Work closely with the graphics and design team to ensure all visual content is aligned across platforms — maintaining a consistent look, feel, and tone of voice across social, digital, and brand assets

Requirements:

  • Experience as a videographer, with a portfolio that shows off your creativity and technical skill
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Skilled in end-to-end content production — from planning and shooting to editing and publishing
  • A sharp editorial eye with a deep understanding of social-first video formats
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects at once
  • Passion for fashion, culture, and digital storytelling — with a finger on the pulse of trends
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively with wider creative teams

Our benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, plus your birthday off
  • Generous 40% staff discount and sample sales
  • 25% friends and family discount
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Length of Service Awards
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay
  • Some flexibility of your working hours
