Job Title: Social Media and Content Executive

Role Description:

BUILDHOLLYWOOD is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media and Content Executive to join our growing marketing team of six.

An interest in culture, the arts, music, and broader creative industries is essential, as you'll be engaging with content that reflects these themes. Strong design skills are a must, particularly across the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Work with the team to implement our social media strategy with the aim of increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee all company social media channels.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Content Calendar planning, highlighting key calendar dates to create social content that aligns with the BUILDHOLLYWOOD brand.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout.
  • Use design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Ensure content follows our social strategy and key content pillars, ensuring it is always informative and appealing to our target audience.
  • Community Management, monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
  • Liaising and collaborating with marketing, sales, and creative studio teams regularly.
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
  • Creative copywriting for online features and case studies.
  • Help to update the company website via WordPress.
  • Extensive research into the music, fashion, arts, and culture space to keep our existing content up to date.
  • Digital reporting and analysis each quarter for all our social channels and website, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, TikTok and other social media best practices.
  • Good understanding of social media KPI’s.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and working under pressure.
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and are a good team player.
  • Proactive when sourcing content, as well as contributing ideas to future content.
  • Experience and passion for creative writing.
  • Creative and good eye for design and photography.
  • Interested and excited by the music, fashion, arts and culture scene.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with WordPress, Sprout (or similar), photoshop, illustrator.

  • Salary of circa £35k plus bonus scheme to share in company success
