Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Little's is a bold, disruptive coffee brand reshaping the UK scene. We want a Social Media & Community Executive to bring Little's to life online, owning content across Instagram and TikTok and building real connections with our audience day in, day out.
You'll work closely with the Brand Manager, shaping native-feel content, managing the calendar, and staying ahead of trends in coffee culture. Hybrid role with weekly office presence and a salary (£28k–£35k) depending on experience.
I need to write a brilliant, engaging and clever LinkedIn post about our new Social Media & Community Executive role. Unfortunately, I can’t think of anything. Which feels like a fairly compelling argument for why we need one. You’ll make things, post things, talk to people on the internet and hopefully like coffee? Please come and be better at this than me...
