About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Analyst to join our global Digital Marketing & Communications team, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. This role requires an individual who can monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance across multiple markets, tailoring insights to local audiences while aligning with the global digital strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of analytical expertise, regional experience, and creative thinking to strengthen brand presence and drive measurable impact across diverse EMEA markets.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of social media analytics, digital marketing, or communications experience, ideally within EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and report on social media performance across multiple regions and languages.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, regional audience behaviors, and cultural nuances in EMEA markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting digital communication in Europe (GDPR, accessibility standards).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into actionable recommendations for global and regional stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing multiple priorities.
