Tilbury, Essex | Full-Time | £28,000 – £30,000 + Bonus

Adore Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing company within the cladding and facades industry. We are seeking a Social Media & Office Administrator who can bring creativity, structure, and energy to the team.

The Role

As the Social Media & Office Administrator, you’ll play a dual role in boosting the company’s online presence while supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies.
  • Design and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Track and report on performance analytics.
  • Engage with online audiences and respond to customer queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Office Admin Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administration including email correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and support document control.
  • Help coordinate internal processes and support the management team.
  • Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house presence when required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Confident with social platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Ads).
  • Experience in admin, office coordination or similar
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • A team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
