Perfect role for a self-motivated individual ready to take ownership of social media for a thriving local estate agency. Starting at £15,300 for 3 days per week (£12.26 per hour) with a strong intent to move to full-time (£25,500) based on performance. Based in the Elephant and Castle area, this role offers autonomy to develop and grow the social media presence for a thriving local estate agency. Flexible working arrangements while making an impact on a growing business.

This thriving independent estate agency operates from its Elephant and Castle base in Central London, focusing on property sales and lettings across the capital. They value initiative and digital marketing growth to expand their online presence.

Opportunity to Lead: This role offers genuine ownership and creative control. You will develop social media strategies from scratch, choose platforms, create content styles, and build engagement that showcases properties and attracts clients. Starting with 3 days per week (Mondays are mandatory), you will structure your approach with support from a team that values results over rigid processes.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the company\'s social media strategy and execution
  • Create engaging content that showcases properties and builds the brand from the ground up
  • Develop and manage multiple social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Build online communities and engage with potential clients independently
  • Support general administrative functions including client communication and data management
