Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking a Social Media Account Manager in Leeds to lead social media activity across multiple client accounts. You’ll create engaging content, manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest, and build strong client relationships while aligning with clients' marketing objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in client-facing social media, strong content skills, and the ability to report performance and influence strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing social media role.
• Strong understanding of organic social media management and content creation.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns across major advertising platforms.
• Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of social media activity across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Create, coordinate and schedule engaging content across a range of social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise activity and report on results against agreed KPIs.
• Present content plans, campaign ideas and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support influencer campaigns and brand collaborations from research through to delivery.
• Work closely with creative and design teams to develop high-quality social media content.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and contribute ideas to client strategies.
• Support new business opportunities through research, insights and social media recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform developments and AI tools.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working available

Outsource UK are recruiting for a Social Media Account Manager to join a growing and creative marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a social media professional with experience across organic, paid and influencer campaigns who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering engaging content strategies that drive results.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, taking ownership of social media activity across multiple platforms while helping clients achieve their wider business and marketing objectives.
