Craft Agency Ltd. in Leeds is seeking a social specialist to lead day-to-day work across organic, paid and influencer campaigns within a board-level brand consultancy.
You will be the primary client contact, presenting content plans and performance reports, briefing studios, and managing paid activity across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest. You will build trusted relationships that shape account direction and strategy.
Joining the digital team of a Leeds-based brand consultancy that works at board level - its client roster runs across household beauty, retail and FMCG names.
For a social specialist, what matters is where social sits here: inside real commercial strategy - brand positioning, growth, exit value - rather than always-on posting for its own sake. The team is built on an insight-led, "knowledge before assumption" approach, treating paid and organic as one joint discipline.
You'll run the day-to-day across a portfolio of accounts, spanning organic, paid and influencer. You'll be the primary client contact, presenting content plans, performance reports and ideas, and building the kind of trusted relationship that earns you more say over account direction.
On paid, you'll manage activity across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest, updating creative and tracking KPIs against strategy. You'll brief creative and studio teams, oversee influencer relationships from discovery to fulfilment, and attend external photoshoots. Each month, you'll produce performance analysis with optimisation recommendations, and contribute research and insight to new business. This is the point in client services where you stop supporting delivery and start owning it.
You're around three years into a client-facing social career, likely in a social, digital or integrated agency. You've spent at least three of those years hands-on in paid platforms: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok and Pinterest.
You're comfortable fronting clients in person and online, briefing studios, and reading data to find opportunities. You want your social work tied to commercial outcomes, not volume.
