Job description

SALT is supporting a global FMCG company, who are looking for a meticulous and insights-savvy “Social Insight Quality Control Analyst” to oversee the accuracy and consistency of deliverables across a range of digital and social insights projects.

Acting as the final checkpoint before delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of quality, clarity, and relevance for senior stakeholders.

  • Ideally London based, but remote considered for the right fit
  • 12-month contract, outside IR35

You will:

  • Review and validate data and reports delivered by a network of freelance analysts, ensuring they meet project objectives and internal quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or misinterpretations in analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure insights are clearly articulated, aligned with business needs, and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide constructive feedback to freelancers to help elevate the quality of future deliverables.
  • Uphold methodological best practices and support continuous improvement across insight workflows.

You will need:

  • Strong background in social insight analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Experience quality-checking insight outputs
  • Excellent attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to reviewing data
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, business-relevant insights
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities across concurrent projects
