Job Description:

Salt is seeking bilingual (English and Bahasa) and capable Social Listening Insight Specialist for a minimum of 12 months to work within the wider team helping to unlock key insights to drive growth, and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders directly.

• 12-month+ freelance contract
• Paid on a day rate
• Fully remote working

You will:

• Work closely with the wider insights team to translate internal briefs into analytical projects, conducting analysis using a range of in-house tools to derive actionable insights
• Work across digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights to inform brand and marketing strategies, digital marketing content, communications, and new product development
• Build and test queries on in-house tools, and create well-crafted visualizations, primarily in PowerPoint

You will need:

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa
• Experience in digital insights, especially social listening
