CDW is seeking a commercially minded Partnerships Manager to lead its UK philanthropy, donation, work experience and coworker volunteer programmes across UK&I. You will manage relationships with non-profit partners and embed social impact into the business strategy to drive measurable value for CDW and communities.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives for HR, the role requires strategic creativity, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate global strategies into UK

Formación

• Knowledge and understanding of the CSR landscape with a passion for sustainable impact.
• Proven track record in project management and delivering programmes on time and within budget.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to different audiences.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Experience with metrics, tracking and reporting to demonstrate impact.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver Social Impact strategy and programmes for UK&I.
• Oversee UK Social Impact initiatives and partnerships to maintain high engagement.
• Build region-specific Social Impact initiatives in collaboration with leaders.
• Create and manage project plans with clear scope, milestones and timelines.
• Governance and measurement of partnerships, tracking ROI against goals.
• Lead stakeholder communications aligned with global Social Impact strategies.
