Job summary

Minstead Trust is seeking a creative Social Enterprises Marketing Assistant for a hybrid role in the UK. You will craft content, stories and campaigns for our social enterprises, collaborating with Brand and Marketing teams to bring our brands to life while driving social impact.

You will work across venues, gardens and a growing café brand, helping promote events, products and experiences. The role offers development opportunities in a purpose-led organisation and access to a collaborative

Qualifications

• At least one year of marketing experience or a relevant degree.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for social media channels.
• Confidence using Canva or similar design software.
• Experience updating websites or using content management systems.
• An interest in photography, storytelling and content creation.
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• A passion for inclusion, accessibility and purpose-led organisations.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, websites and email campaigns.
• Promote products, services, events and experiences across our social enterprises.
• Design posters, flyers and marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Support the promotion and delivery of events.
• Visit our sites to gather stories, photography and content that showcase our work.
• Share the achievements and experiences of the neuro disabled people we support.
• Manage marketing calendars and help keep campaigns on track.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support larger marketing projects, launches and brand campaigns.
