Serve as the bid response lead for all tenders, focusing on social value input and positioning.
Drive the implementation of Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow 2025 sustainability strategy (and beyond), embedding practices into operations and supporting internal and client communications.
Identify and deliver impactful sustainability projects across a large, multi-site portfolio through data-led insights and effective stakeholder engagement.
Embed sustainability within service delivery to meet client needs, drive revenue, and deliver strong margins.
Support compliance with evolving climate and environmental regulations, including NHS Evergreen Framework updates.
Champion social impact initiatives including health equity, workforce wellbeing, social mobility, and inclusive employment.
Promote innovation in sustainability to support business growth and position Sodexo as the partner of choice.
Enhance corporate visibility through sustainable campaigns, award submissions, and content creation across platforms.
Represent Sodexo as a brand ambassador at events, client meetings, and panels; chair monthly Sustainability Working Group meetings; and prepare regular sustainability reports.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in social impact, sustainability, or ESG roles—ideally within the health or public sector—supported by relevant qualifications or IEMA membership.
Strong understanding of GHG accounting and reporting standards, including the GHG Protocol.
In-depth knowledge of NHS Green Plans and Net Zero ambitions.
Skilled in data analysis and visualisation using tools like Excel and Power BI.
Organised and detail-oriented, with solid project management experience across multi-site portfolios.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Proactive leadership style with the ability to anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs.
