Housing Department: Known for its legal expertise in social housing, representing landlords and tenants across the UK. Handles cases related to homelessness, disrepair, eviction, possession, and neighborhood issues, with extensive court experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Report to Department Director
  • Handle all aspects of housing work, providing technical guidance to team members
  • Manage a caseload involving homelessness, disrepair, eviction, and related matters
  • Supervise caseworkers and trainees
  • Attend clients, take instructions, prepare cases, and manage correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with file management and participate in Housing Court Duty Scheme

Key Skills Required:

  • Valid Practising Certificate
  • Supervisory experience and ability to meet KPIs
  • Excellent client care and networking skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience with publicly funded and privately funded housing cases

NQ + Supervision Bonus: London £46,000 / Outside London £44,500

1 Year PQE + Supervision Bonus: London £48,000 / Outside London £46,500

2 Years PQE + Supervision Bonus: London £50,000 / Outside London £48,000

Supervision Bonus up to: London up to £8,000 / Outside London up to £7,400
