Job summary

A leading legal firm in the UK is seeking a solicitor to join their social housing department. The ideal candidate will have experience with development agreements, tenancy agreements, and construction contracts. They will work with clients such as local authorities and developers. The role is open to solicitors with at least 2 years pqe, but all levels will be considered. This firm is proud to be a Disability Confident employer.

Job description

This team have a national reputation for their involvement in social housing schemes. An increase in property developments means they now require a solicitor to join the department. Ideally you will have experience in social housing including development agreements, housing management, tenancy agreements, construction contracts and right to buy agreements. Your clients will be HCA, local authorities, RPs, developers and contractors. Our client will consider solicitors working in private practice or local authorities. The ideal candidate will be in the region of 2 years pqe or over but all levels with be considered.
