Un cabinet d'avocats de premier plan recherche un Solicitor en logement social pour son bureau de Londres. Le candidat idéal sera un Solicitor qualifié avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience en logement social, prêt à superviser l'équipe et à gérer des cas variés. Ce poste offre une structure de bonus généreux ainsi qu'une option de travail hybride.

• Superviser les membres juniors de l'équipe.
• Effectuer des plaidoiries au nom des clients.

London – Salary negotiable based on experience

Our client is a top 200 law firm, looking for a Housing Solicitor/ Supervisor to join their office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of all aspects of social housing including Homelessness, Disrepair; Eviction, Possession, Property Ownership Disputes, Succession for Tenants, and Neighbourhood Problems matters
• Undertaking own advocacy
• Attending to clients
• Reporting directly to Department Director
• Supervising junior members of team

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in Social Housing (ideally 3 years PQE plus)
• Previous supervisory experience
• Advocacy experience
• Excellent networking skills
• Excellent IT and communication skills
