Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a qualified Plumber to join a maintenance team supporting social housing in Lincoln and surrounding areas. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary and a company van with a fuel card for work use.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating, a full UK driving licence, and proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs within social housing or similar environments. A stable, long-term position is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Social housing environment experience preferred.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance, and fault finding across domestic properties.
• Execute sanitary ware repairs and replacements, pipework fixes, radiator work, and routine plumbing tasks.
• Perform routine inspections, water testing, and remedial maintenance.
• Provide clean, efficient, and friendly customer service directly within resident's homes.
