Job summary

Randstad CPE in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Plasterer / Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson to deliver high‑quality patch repairs, skimming, and general trade maintenance across occupied and void social housing stock. If you take pride in clean, top‑spec finishes and can tackle secondary trades, we want to hear from you.

You will perform patch plastering, wall/ceiling skimming, damp‑proofing touch‑ups, and ensure work meets health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven plasterer with experience in domestic/social housing.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or time-served equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patch plastering and skimming to a high standard.
• Repair water-damaged ceilings and drywall surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces with PVA/bonding coats and bead setting.
• Respond to reactive service calls promptly within timeframes.
• Turn around void properties to lettable standards.
• Record progress and materials on site with a PDA.
