Job Description

The Social Housing Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Managing a varied caseload of tenancy and leasehold disputes
• Handling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and housing management matters
• Representing clients in County Court, Magistrates Court, and Tribunals
• Preparing and presenting on notice and ex parte applications
• Conducting directions, case management hearings, and, where qualified, trials
