Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South is hiring in London & the South East. The role involves risk assessing work areas to prevent injuries, identifying parts, and coordinating with procurement teams while keeping residents informed.

You will manage van stock, adapt to flexible hours, and always prioritise customer service. Applicants should have a Level 2 plumbing qualification, a clean UK driving licence, and a background in social housing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 2 plumbing qualification required.
• Full UK Driving Licence (6 points or less) preferred.
• Experience in social housing is desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Risk assess work environments before starting to avoid damages or injuries.
• Identify materials and parts and log usage in the PDA/IT system.
• Coordinate with procurement/admin and inform residents of timescales.
• Manage allocated van stock and maintain stock levels.
• Be flexible to work outside normal hours as needed.
• Carry out daily tasks professionally with a focus on customer service.
• Report vulnerabilities or concerns via the internal system.
