A leading company in construction recruitment is looking for a Groundworker to join their team in the North West. This role includes preparing and leveling ground for various tasks, installing and repairing fences, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates should have NVQ qualifications and experience in social housing, with strong communication skills being essential.

We're working with a client who is based in Chester who has an exciting opportunity for Ground Worker to join their team with work across the North West areas.You may occasionally be required to travel further afield depending on contract demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and level ground for various domestic construction and landscaping tasks
Install and repair fencing, including timber and concrete post systems
Fit and adjust domestic gates (wooden and/or metal)
Lay flags/paving for driveways, patios, and paths
Carry out drainage installation and repair, including soakaways and manholes
Perform basic bricklaying tasks such as garden walls or edging (if experienced)
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Ground Worker or equivalent qualification.
Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
Previous experience working in a social housing
Full UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
