Qualifications

• NVQ 3 level as Electrician with 18th Edition and AM2 is essential.
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing is preferable.
• Possession of a full UK Driving licence is essential; company van will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing domestic settings.
• Voids – repairs, rewires, testing and upgrades before re-let.
• Provide excellent customer service in occupied properties.
