Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking skilled Electricians for a social housing reactive and planned works contract in Basingstoke and surrounding areas. The role covers tenanted and void properties, with emphasis on safety, quality workmanship and customer care.

You must hold 18th Edition and 2391, have your own van and tools (test equipment preferred), and be comfortable liaising with tenants. The 12-week contract offers daily rate of £29.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic and/or social housing environments.
• Fully qualified with 18th Edition (essential) and 2391.
• Own van, tools, and test equipment required or available.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and repairs.
• Test and inspection works (EICRs).
• Upgrading and replacing consumer units.
• General electrical installations and maintenance.
