Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a large Housing Association to fill a Carpenter/Multi position. The role involves reactive repairs to tenanted properties within the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will have experience in social housing maintenance and be able to work independently or as part of a team. A van and fuel card are supplied, supporting on-site visits across properties.
