Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Housing Apprenticeship Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training and support to apprentices in the social housing sector. Daily tasks include providing guidance, mentorship, and assessments to apprentices, as well as developing training materials and resources.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in delivering training and support in the social housing sector
  2. Knowledge of apprenticeship programs and regulations
  3. Teaching and/or assessing qualification
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and remotely
  6. Good organizational and time management skills
  7. Qualification in teaching, training, or social housing is beneficial
  8. Experience in adult education or apprenticeship training

This role is a remote position with travel required for team meetings.
