MAGIC AI in London is seeking a creative Social-First Videographer to join our marketing team. You’ll turn briefs into engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, and product campaigns.

You own your camera gear and bring a strong eye for composition, lighting, and native platform storytelling. The role emphasizes quick edits, multiple variations, and collaboration with Brand & Social Manager.

• Strong filming and editing skills.
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social.
• A strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and social storytelling.
• Confidence shooting non-professional talent.
• Good eye for composition, lighting and camera angles.

• Work from briefs, scripts, references and shot lists, bringing your own ideas.

• Shoot product-focused content featuring the Mirror and team members.

• Collaborate on paid social ads and create multiple variations from the same footage.
• Capture diverse B‑roll and multiple angles for repurposing.
• Create content for launches, campaigns, interviews and testimonials.
• Edit with social performance in mind: fast start, pacing, storytelling.
• Frame and shoot vertical 9:16 content.
• Show the product clearly including Mirror interface and features.
• Generate variations for testing across paid social.
• Work with Brand & Social Manager, respond to feedback, iterate quickly.
• Help improve MAGIC AI visual style across social.

We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Social-First Videographer to join MAGIC AI and help us create social-first content across our organic and paid channels.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands that great social content isn’t just about making something look beautiful. It needs to grab attention, tell a story quickly and feel native to the platform.

You’ll be an integral part of our Marketing team, taking creative briefs and concepts and turning them into engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, Web and wider brand campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing

• Film and edit short-form, social-first content for organic and paid media
• Work from creative briefs, scripts, references and shot lists, while bringing your own creative ideas to the table
• Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera when needed, acting as a face of the brand and helping bring MAGIC AI content to life as a brand ambassador.
• Shoot product-focused content featuring the MAGIC AI Mirror, instructors, customers, creators and team members
• Support shoots in our studio with MAGIC AI instructors when needed, capturing workouts, new classes, launches and social‑first content
• Work closely with the team on paid social ads, helping us shoot and edit performance-focused creative, test different hooks and angles, and create multiple variations from the same footage
• Capture plenty of strong B‑roll, multiple angles, close‑ups and alternative hooks so footage can be repurposed across different creatives
• Create content for product launches, fitness classes, campaigns, interviews, testimonials, behind‑the‑scenes and reactive social moments
• Edit with social performance in mind, strong first 3 seconds, quick pacing, clear storytelling and engaging visual changes
• Understand how to frame and shoot specifically for vertical 9:16 content
• Make sure the product is shown clearly and naturally, including important details such as the Mirror interface, tracking technology, equipment and LED features
• Create variations of footage that can be tested across paid social rather than delivering only one final edit
• Work collaboratively with the Brand & Social Manager, responding to feedback and iterating quickly
• Help us continuously improve the visual style of MAGIC AI across social

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who understands the difference between organic and paid.

You know the difference between a beautifully shot brand film and a Reel or TikTok that actually makes someone stop scrolling.

You own your own camera equipment.

You should have:

• Strong filming and editing skills
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social
• A strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and social storytelling
• Confidence shooting people who aren’t professional models or presenters
• A good eye for composition, lighting and interesting camera angles
• The ability to turn one shoot into multiple pieces of usable content
• Experience working quickly and adapting based on feedback
• Confidence bringing your own ideas rather than simply executing a shot list
• An understanding of current social trends and how brands can use them without feeling forced
• Experience with fitness, lifestyle, tech or consumer brands is a bonus
