Job summary

Wearecoolr in London is seeking a Junior/Mid-Weight Designer to join our social design team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract, starting ASAP. We’re particularly interested in designers at the more junior end of mid-weight level, with a strong eye for social-first design.

You will conceptualise and craft social-first content, apply brand guidelines with precision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Proficient experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A stickler for detail and craft.
• Confident ideation and execution of design-led animations and motion graphics for social content.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and craft social-first static and motion content tailored to platform behaviours and audience expectations.
• Interpret and apply brand guidelines with precision and push for standout execution.
• Collaborate with Client Services to deliver high-quality work on time and to brief.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists and social creatives to translate ideas into visually compelling design.
