Schedule: Part Time - TBD, Permalance / Contracted

Location: Flexible with 2 days in office

THE ROLE

Can you create viral content on the fly? Are you super confident at cap-cut, Canva and shooting in 9:16? If you’ve answered yes then this role might be for you…The Social-First Creative (Beauty & Content Specialist) is a highly creative, hands-on content maker who lives and breathes culture and social media. This person is fluent in content ideation, storyboarding, social filming, editing and delivering highly engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. They thrive in fast-paced environments, creating content daily and jumping on trends quickly to produce reactive, platform-native assets.

They will bring a strong editorial eye, an instinct for beauty content formats (from GRWM to tutorials, product drops and creator collabs), and an ability to translate cultural shifts into impactful social-first storytelling & content. Hyper-organised, detail-driven and collaborative, they will work closely with the wider creative, strategy, and accounts teams to bring ideas to life.

They will have a strong understanding of LGBTQIA communities and be deeply connected to the cultures and conversations happening across beauty spaces. Preference will be given to candidates who identify as a person of colour, in line with our commitment to diversity and representation and the culture we are trying to represent & advocate for, with this brand.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a natural content creator who is deeply embedded in beauty, social trends, creator culture, and platforms, including innovation. If you’re hungry and ambitious, who deeply understands how to cut through the noise on social, consuming content and culture in equal measure, this role is for you.

You thrive in lo-fi, lo-production social content environments where speed and agility are key. You can ideate and film trending content with minimal set-up, creating trending videos that tap into what’s happening on the platform that day. You have an instinctive understanding of short-form, fast edits, trending audio and community-driven formats. You bring fresh thinking, proactive energy and can generate multiple content ideas daily, bringing ideas and content to the team with enthusiasm and excitement of how it can cut through the feed. You have experience working with creators, and you’re excited to contribute your creative instincts across this key account for Warm Street.

DAY-TO-DAY ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead on creative ideation and content storyboarding across beauty and culture briefs

  • Create social-first content with daily content production - all within a lo-fi setting, including filming, editing, and delivery

  • Bring new social engagement tactics to the table - this is about being proactively reactive, every day coming to the team with ways to tap into culture and conversation

  • Jump on reactive moments and respond in the brand’s TOV to further their credibility and engagement. You’ll be on top of TikTok, Instagram and beauty platform trends, identifying content opportunities and reacting quickly

  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners to bring collaborative content to life

  • Support on brand shoots with filming, direction and capture

  • Edit video content across a variety of formats optimised for platform algorithms and audience engagement

  • Maintain excellent organisation of assets, files, and production timelines across projects

  • Support the snr social media manager with general account management, reporting and client management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience as a creative in a social agency preferred.

  • You’ll be adept at social-first content creation, with beauty experience strongly preferred

  • Proven video editing expertise with strong understanding of editing for TikTok and Reels

  • Experienced in on-set content capture, with confidence in filming and directing small-scale shoots

  • Comfortable ideating and turning around quick-fire content daily

  • Strong ability to create lo-fi content that aligns with current platform trends

  • Ability to balance creative flair with commercial objectives and brand guidelines

  • Deep understanding of beauty trends, creators, and online communities

  • Hyper-organised with strong project and asset management skills

  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams

  • Passion for beauty culture, music and cultural storytelling
