Job summary

The Social Shepherd is looking for a Marketing Manager who is entrepreneurial and social-first, ready to lead our internal marketing strategy to grow visibility and pipeline within the agency landscape.

You’ll collaborate with the CCO to shape broader marketing strategy, capture real moments around the agency, and activate ideas across our channels with a fast-paced, creative approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in social media, content or B2B/agency marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and culture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to generate ideas and execute.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own internal social content engine from ideas to execution.
• Capture content around the agency and film team members.
• Publish reactive, behind-the-scenes and culture-led content quickly.
• Coordinate with social, design, video and paid teams.
• Plan podcasts, own content pipeline and promotion.
• Own weekly newsletter copy and nurture inquiries.
• Build personal brands of founders and leadership.
• Create paid social scripts for Meta and LinkedIn.
• Experiment with formats and trends to stand out.
• Partner with Chief Commercial Officer on growth plan.
• Track performance across channels and report results.
• Support events, partnerships and PR opportunities.
