We’re not here to do boring. Neither should you be.
You know the smile. You’ve probably seen us taking over your feed. We’re Scrub Daddy, one of the world’s most recognizable cleaning brands, part of a global business with global sales worth around $3 billion, with our European operations run from the heart of Devon. We’re growing fast, launching exciting products and collaborating with some of the world’s biggest brands. Now we’re looking for someone to help us take things up another gear.
We want a social-first, digitally savvy marketer with creative flair, a sense of humour and commercial instinct. Someone who understands internet culture, loves a brilliant idea but also knows how to turn it into measurable results.
The role
Reporting to our Head of Marketing UK & Europe, you’ll work across social, content, e-commerce, email marketing, retail support and partnerships. It’s a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll help grow our brand across Europe, support our grocery and retail sales teams, develop commercial partnerships and keep campaigns moving. You’ll have real ownership, plenty of room to bring ideas to life and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
What you’ll be doing
Social, content & culture
- Support our lovely Social Media and Content Creator as we expand our social presence across European territories.
- Help develop engaging, platform‑native content across TikTok, Meta and emerging platforms.
- Spot trends, cultural moments and creators that Scrub Daddy can make its own.
- Support influencer campaigns and use insights to measure performance and improve results.
- Work with our e-commerce team on product launches, promotions and digital campaigns that drive online growth.
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, from content and audience targeting to reporting and optimization.
- Use data to improve engagement, conversion and the customer experience.
Retail & commercial partnerships
- Support our grocery and retail sales teams with customer presentations, marketing materials, product launches and retail activations.
- Proactively identify potential brand partners, arrange meetings and develop opportunities that grow our reach and deliver commercial value.
- Support influencer collaborations, licensing projects and partnership agreements, coordinating deliverables, approvals and deadlines.
Campaigns & marketing operations
- Work with the Head of Marketing to manage integrated campaign calendars, budgets, timelines and reporting.
- Coordinate activity across social, digital, email, retail, influencers and product launches.
- Track spend, monitor performance and help ensure campaigns deliver against objectives.
- Keep licensing and partnership activity organised, working with relevant stakeholders on agreements, approvals and deliverables.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, content, e-commerce, partnerships or a similar role.
- A genuine understanding of TikTok and Meta, with a strong instinct for trends, humour and shareable content.
- Experience with email marketing, campaign planning and performance measurement.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing drives brand growth and sales.
- Confidence building relationships, approaching potential partners and spotting opportunities.
- Strong organisation, project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to bring ideas to the table.
FMCG or retail experience would be a real plus, as would experience in influencer marketing, licensing or e-commerce. We’re interested in your ideas, initiative and potential just as much as your CV.

A note on how we work
