SALARY:£39,825 to £48,675pa plus an extensive benefits package.

LOCATION: Bristol.

HOURS:35 hours, full time.

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at the Bristol hub.

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated social and digital assistant marketing manager to join the B2B Marketing team. This is a full-time opportunity within the Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team, delivering standout marketing across social and digital channels.

You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, strong creative judgment, a drive for innovation and continuous improvement, underpinned by an analytical mindset and a passion for social and digital marketing. You’ll be confident using data to optimise performance, measure impact, and drive greater commercial outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, you’ll support both organic and paid activity to engage UK businesses and help deliver against our marketing and commercial goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Social channel management of multiple brands and platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Build and schedule all organic and paid content using social media management tools.

  • Working with our agencies and other teams on media planning and performance metrics across paid social and programmatic.

  • Support the creative delivery of our ATL and conversion campaigns marketing across social and programmatic, including media planning, creative development, reporting and attribution.

  • Helping shape social and digital creative and strategy.

  • Use your social media and digital expertise to advise the wider B2B team with the development of their campaigns.

  • Design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Optimise content through performance analysis and regular testing.

  • Spot trends, experimenting with new formats, and bring fresh thinking to social and digital content.

  • Act as a tone of voice and brand guardian for B2B social channels.

About you

  • Proven experience of managing digital marketing and/or social media campaigns (organic and paid).

  • Good understanding of paid digital media planning and audience targeting.

  • Experience analysing and optimising social and digital marketing.

  • Experience of design in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

  • Demonstrable years marketing experience and knowledge of the Financial Services marketplace, ideally in B2B.
