Job description

Do you have a passion for social media and creating great content whilst building online communities and engaging with stakeholders?

Shanly Group is looking for a Social, Digital and Content Executive to join their marketing team based from their Beaconsfield office. You will work across the divisions of the Group including the housebuilding arm, Shanly Homes; the commercial arm, Sorbon Estates; and the charitable arm, the Shanly Foundation.

About the role

Working mainly from our Beaconsfield office with travel to some of our developments and properties in and around the Thames Valley and Surrey areas, as our Social, Digital and Content Executive you will:

  • Plan and develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and website traffic.
  • Create captivating, topical, and engaging content for social media channels to include visiting our various development sites, commercial properties, tenants, and charitable organisations to source imagery and video content (photographs and video from a mobile phone)
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online conversations, in a timely fashion including reporting of any reputational risks.
  • Update our websites and strategise paid media campaigns with our teams.
  • Lead the way with the latest trends, algorithm change and digital technologies.

About you

  • An active interest or experience in managing social media, creating content and digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of paid media campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Interest or experience in photography / videography.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc) and video editing.
  • Self-motivated team player with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in attending some out of hours and weekend events.
  • Full driving licence and own transport is essential.
