Job Description:

Job Title: Social Creative Lead – Sports Brand

Location: (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the social creative strategy and day-to-day output across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Develop and execute both reactive and planned content ideas
  • Write standout copy that reflects a bold, energetic brand personality
  • Direct content shoots and manage end-to-end production in collaboration with internal teams
  • Coordinate with a growing network of influencers, athletes, and creators to produce original social content
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social content in line with broader campaign goals
  • Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and inform creative direction
  • Develop repeatable content formats that increase engagement and build audience loyalty
  • Stay tuned in to current events, especially within football/sports, and turn them into relevant content
  • Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or collaborations (including international opportunities)

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years experience in social media or content creation roles, ideally within youth culture, sport, or fashion
  • Strong knowledge of current trends, platform algorithms, and emerging formats
  • Experience managing or working closely with influencers and talent
  • Confident leading creative shoots and working with video editors and content teams
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an instinct for tone and storytelling
  • Portfolio that demonstrates social-first content ideation and execution
  • Proactive, self-led, and highly creative – comfortable working at pace
  • Hands on content creation experience with filming/editing on phone or camera
