Job summary

TSA is seeking a Social Creative Executive in London to turn brand strategies into social-first concepts and assets. You will shoot, edit, and produce high-quality TikTok and Instagram content while staying true to client guidelines and brand voice.

You should have a proven track record in a similar role with a strong portfolio showing original ideas and quick, proactive ownership of creative workstreams. Flexible working allows home or office, with in-person meetings Tue-Thu.

At TSA, we've quickly gained traction with clients and creators, working with incredible brands like Jack Daniels, E.ON Next and, Drink Me Chai. We are looking for an experienced Social Creative Executive to join our team, someone who brings a genuine creative and social first mindset, along with ownership, proactivity and initiative.

As a Social Creative Executive, your main focus is on bringing brand strategies to life through creative concepts and social first content creation. You will handle the hands on execution, shooting, editing, and producing high quality aesthetic assets for TikTok and Instagram. You will keep a close eye on cultural trends, reacting quickly to emerging social formats and adapting them into engaging assets that fit seamlessly within client brand guidelines.

You must bring prior experience in a similar role and a solid portfolio demonstrating your social platform knowledge, evidence of contributing to original creative concepts, and a track record of taking initiative beyond basic task execution. You understand how a brief translates into real world content, have a keen eye for shooting and editing, and possess the self-direction needed to take full ownership of your creative workstreams.
