About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it’s about identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools to clip, edit, and elevate content, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is vital.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimisation – Grow YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation – Create and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining consistent branding.
  • Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content in line with the marketing calendar and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
  • Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting – Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, report on performance, and refine strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with increased views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with analytical skills.
  • Video editing expertise with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Graphic design skills for creating engaging visuals like thumbnails and carousels.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
