A leading flexible workspace provider in Leeds is seeking a Social & Content Manager. You will craft engaging digital content while managing the content calendar and collaborating with marketing teams. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of relevant experience, excellent writing skills, and a passion for digital marketing. This part-time, hybrid role allows for creative input in a vibrant environment.
As Social & Content Manager at Wizu Group, you’ll be the brand’s storyteller across all brands. You’ll plan, create, and manage all content across digital platforms. From social media and blogs to emails and video scripts. Bringing the Wizu brand voice to life in an engaging, consistent, and impactful way.

THE BASICS
Location:Leeds City Centre/ Hybrid role(please note you will be required to travel to Sheffield, Newcastle, North Leeds, Harrogate and Glasgow on occasion, to visit our other workspaces).
Job Type:Part-time, Permanent
Hours:24 hours per week
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW
· Develop and manage the content calendar across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok, website, blog, email).
· Write and edit engaging copy in the Wizu tone of voice.
· Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager to create campaign content.
· Lead on SEO-focused blog content, working with agencies or freelancers where needed.
· Manage scheduling, engagement and community responses.
· Write and produce content for new site launches and internal projects.
· Ensure all content reflects Wizu’s brand guidelines and values.
· Research and develop backlink-building opportunities through guest blogging, PR features and partnerships to improve domain authority and search rankings.
· Brief and manage photographers, videographers, and other content creators.
· Analyse and report on content performance to inform future content planning.
· Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure content is relevant and fresh.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 3+ years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of brand tone.
· Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
· Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
· Video content creation (scriptwriting, basic filming, or briefing) is a plus.
