Social Content Manager - Size? Group

As Social Content Manager for the size? brand, you are responsible for consistently inspiring our audiences through the power of product, culture, community, and conversation. Creating timely, inspiring, and engaging content strategies that keep customers in the size? fold and encourage purchase.
Reporting to the Social Media Lead, you'll work to deliver best-in-class content across the size? social media channels. You'll take a data-led approach combined with a creative mindset to set strategies, produce content, manage campaigns, and continually monitor results to improve the performance of all organic, community, and influencer activity.
You'll possess a natural flair for creating engaging content, have superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Social Media Lead to understand the social and influencer strategy, with ultimate responsibility for implementation.
- Manage a small team of social media executives, ensuring their output is best in class.
- Devise social media campaign plans for size? that align with the social media strategy.
- Manage day-to-day activity on all size? social channels to drive community engagement by interacting with audiences to enhance online conversation and curate engaging content to build and retain a loyal following.
- Responsible for content output, including concepting, scheduling, production, briefing, delivery, boosting, and evaluation.
- Write engaging social captions, ensuring the size? personality and tone come through all content.
- Work with the Creative team to brief content ideas, tailored to each social channel.
- Balance BAU trade content, brand campaigns, and main campaign content coverage on all channels.
- Coordinate with wider social media and studio teams to produce top-tier social content.
- Collaborate with platform ad managers and social management tools to run organic boosting campaigns.
- Build relationships with partners at key social media platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Utilize analytics and insights, audience data, trends, and paid media data to inform campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, social trends, technology, and platform developments to develop innovative campaigns and case studies.
- Liaise with Multi-channel, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to develop integrated tactics ensuring social is central to our brand.
- Ensure all social media content complies with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Attend events and represent the business, capturing, editing, and uploading content for social platforms.
Skills, experience, and knowledge required:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a social media role, responsible for content creation and management.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a small team.
- Experience leading organic strategies, with an understanding of paid social to support organic channels.
- Confident in all aspects of content production, both in-studio and on-set.
- Proven ability to deliver social media campaigns from concept to evaluation.
- Experience planning and scheduling campaigns using social media management platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with a track record of using insights for performance improvement.
- Knowledge of social media marketing regulations and best practices.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Team player, flexible, and confident working under pressure.
- Self-motivated with good workload management skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion and sneaker industry knowledge is advantageous.
