About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media. This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying key podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can impact lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that aligns with each show's brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Use Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus to edit clips from episodes, maintaining the show's tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating appealing titles and thumbnails, and utilizing platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Plan and produce high-quality visual content using AI tools, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Manage content uploads and scheduling in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Write engaging, inspirational copy for all platforms, using AI tools to maintain a consistent voice.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
  • Successful track record managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with increased views and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms like YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and visual content creation (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
