Bray Leino in London is seeking a Social Content Creator to turn ideas into platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts. You’ll craft, shoot and edit on-the-go, set up street interviews and create engaging, on-brand stories.

You’ll spot trends, write quick micro-scripts, and work with strategists to align content with client goals. This hybrid role blends creative direction with hands-on filming and editing, offering opportunities to grow within The Mission Group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to concept, film, and edit social content end-to-end.
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut editing (captions, effects, pacing, templates, sound).
• Highly comfortable acting on camera in public including approaching the public for vox pops, filming confidently in busy environments and performing comedy skits and scripted bits while maintaining brand tone and safety.

• Generate platform-native content ideas for TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), YouTube Shorts and emerging formats.
• Turn insights, trends and cultural moments into brand-safe, audience-relevant content.
• Develop repeatable content series that build consistency and growth.
• Write quick, platform-native micro-scripts for skits and adapt them on the fly based on performance.
• Collaborate with strategists and client teams to align content with comms objectives.
