SOCIAL & CONTENT COORDINATOR
Location: London, UK (On-site)
Reports To: Creative Director
ALIGNE is seeking a highly creative, hands‑on Social & Content Creator to lead and execute the brand’s global social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will own daily BAU content, support all events and campaign launches, attend shoots, and proactively capture standout social‑first storytelling in and around the office.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, understands trends instinctively, and can shoot, edit, write, post, and iterate quickly. You’ll be central to how ALIGNE shows up online — shaping our visual identity across both organic and paid channels.
THE ROLE:
- Own and manage ALIGNE’s social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, caption write and publish daily BAU content that reflects the brand’s tone and seasonal priorities.
- Write engaging, on‑brand captions and copy for all platforms.
- Post outside working hours for launches, live content, real‑time moments, or urgent reactive posts.
- Manage DMs and community engagement across all platforms.
- Monitor performance, share insights, and refine content based on results.
- Capture and edit high‑quality short‑form videos and images for BAU, campaigns, events, and product moments.
- Proactively support day‑to‑day content needs by filming and editing BAU and product‑focused content in the studio and around the office.
- Handle production logistics for in‑house social shoots — including steaming, prepping, and packing product.
- Create and deliver engaging content for organic, paid, and BAU campaigns, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Shoot on both phone and camera (DSLR/Mirrorless preferred).
- Ensure all content feels fresh, elevated, and social‑first.
- Attend all brand shoots — capturing behind‑the‑scenes content, interviews, styling moments, and real‑time material.
- Capture high‑impact content at events, pop‑ups, influencer dinners, store visits, and activations.
- Produce quick‑turnaround edits for live posting during or immediately after key moments.
- Create post‑event highlight reels and social wrap content.
- Support Marketing & PR to ensure social output drives awareness, engagement, and storytelling around campaign launches.
- Identify and test emerging trends, sounds, formats, templates, and platform features.
- Propose new content ideas for BAU, launches, and brand moments.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and insights.
- Stay culturally aware — across fashion, creators, social culture, film, and digital trends.
- Proficiency in: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Strong understanding of editing (hooks, pacing, transitions), motion graphics, colour grading, and sound syncing.
- Skilled at creative storytelling across all key platforms.
THE PERSON:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.
- A natural creator with strong instincts for what performs on social.
- Skilled in video creation, photography, editing, and copywriting.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work at speed.
- Comfortable posting outside normal hours when required.
- Strong eye for composition, style, and visual identity.
- A self‑starter with a positive, can‑do, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
- Loves fashion, storytelling, culture, and creativity.
