A dynamic start-up focused on sustainability is seeking a Social & Community Manager to enhance brand voice and engagement. This role combines strategic content creation with community building to support the mission of reducing plastic waste. The ideal candidate will thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment, producing impactful content that resonates with the community.
At Seep, we’re on a mission to clean up the cleaning aisle - and we’re doing it with joy, boldness, and zero plastic. Our award-winning, B Corp certified range of plastic-free cleaning tools is designed to be Easy on the Planet, Easy to Use, and Easy on the Eye. We’re aiming big: stopping 1 billion plastic cleaning tools from ending up in landfill, our oceans and our homes by 2030. And we’re building a mighty team to help us do it.
We’d like to think we’re one of the hottest up-and-coming sustainability brands - and we’ve got the creds to back it up. We’ve scooped up awards like Sustainable Start-Up of the Year 2024, been crowned a Cartier Women’s Initiative Winner, and we’re backed by brilliant investors (including Dragons Deborah Meaden and Trinny Woodall). Our sales are flying, our community is growing fast, and we’re stocked in places like Ocado, Tesco and Whole Foods.
If you’re excited by the idea of building a category-defining brand and genuinely shifting the dial on plastic waste, read on.
About the role
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to become the voice and energy behind Seep across social and community alongside our founder. As our Social & Community Manager, you’ll shape how people see, feel and talk about our brand - from scroll-stopping Instagram Reels to instigating community conversations.
You’ll bring a mix of strategic thinking, content creation and organic community building, and you’ll thrive off making content that’s both fun and impactful. Whether you’re briefing UGC creators, jumping on trends, or deep-diving into analytics to see what’s really resonating, you’ll be hands-on in building one of the boldest sustainable communities out there.
As the most visible part of our brand, you’ll be a vital part of growing our brand awareness, driving sales to our website, and supporting our channels. Your primary focus will be on organic content, delivering 2-3 high-quality posts each week that reflect our ethos and inspire our community. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to Seep’s growth and success while being part of a passionate team dedicated to making a positive environmental impact.
